I evaluated several MLM companies before I committed to one. My decision was based on several factors including the overall stability of the company, length of time in business, diversity of products and markets, and experience of the management team. One company stood out, founded by the gentleman who I believe is the most successful person ever in the MLM industry. FHTM

Hi everyone! I just found this blog and wanted to ask everyone why they want to "compare" FHTM with anyone more than just to do their homework?

There are some people in another company (that I won't mention here...not ACN) who simply wish to degrade and belittle FHTM and have been doing so since 2004. If you have a company that is as successful as FHTM then I suppose that the law of averages will say that someone is going to be your enemy and plot against you, and that is exactly what has been happening, but for only one reason: to pull FHTM prospects into their company. I have been with ACN and paid my $499 which I know was too much money to join, which I regret now that I have discovered the FHTM opportunity.

FHTM has more to offer than ACN, with no smoke and mirrors around a fancy "Camera phone" that took how many years to come out with. Sure you can build a successful mlm business with just about any out there, but the one I chose is FHTM, and don't regret a single thing about joining the company.

Joe wrote:
Comparing the two: FHTM has better positioning in the marketplace although they do not have any proprietary technology.

This is an untrue statement. FHTM has "proprietary technology" with a product line named "True Essentials", although this product line is not electrical in nature and you don't plug it into a wall outlet and push a button.

FHTM also wins the debate with me, and of course I wish you the best of success no matter what company you are with or choose to join, but if you want to join me in FHTM, I would be delighted to discuss it and help you along the way with a great support system, and friendly reps. that work with me. Call me right now if you like at (919) 426-3388, and/or visit my website.

Thanks to Nick for the blog platform.

@Kevin - The first promotion you can earn is Regional Sales Manager in FHTM. When you first get in you're in someone's Regional Code (as FHTM calls it), so when you promote you don't leave the people you started with because they are being helped just like you would be by the Regional Sales Manager that is above you. Then the people under you originally, have the same help and the same opportunity as you did to promote themselves to Regional Sales Manager. It's actually quite genius!

Then once you promote to Regional Sales Manager, you get residual and bonuses to unlimited levels, which is incredible! FHTM wins the debate to me, but I wish all of those who are in ACN nothing but the best :)

my 2 cents, for what it's worth:

why do i believe acn has a better plan? depth. when you promote in acn, you do not forget the people you originally brought in. look at the plan closely and you'll agree.

in fhtm, you promote to the next level and "forget" about the original people that wanted to build this business with you. in fact, you are creating competition with them by starting a new group.

that is the MAIN difference.

Also unilevels DO NOT create synergy, they create competition instead. If you recruit me into your unilevel you will love me, and everything i do, but no one else on the TEAM benefits from my work, other than seeing me as a walking trophy. See I am on a new team, a new leg. The solution: BINARY! In a binary if you sponsor 3 people and I am the 4th, well all 3 people get paid on my efforts also, and it motivates everyone on the team, including you. If I sponsor you into a binary, half of my efforts will go to your team, and then you will get paid from all of their customers/reps. The smart ones that build coded unilevels give sponsors away, to hit rank but most are just looking at their own "front line" and build wide instead and never rank to the higher compensation levels and never get to the 7th level! ("wide for show, deep for dough") If you would like more information you can contact me. dreamtravels@hotmail.com

I have been invited to events and been given positions in many companies and recently worked with a company that had 2.8 million affiliates, and hundreds of products offered. There is a tougher code with ACN and even if you recruit 100 reps you will not progress through either of them because you need to move to the next rank by others in your group actively working, exposing prospects and recruiting. The key to building is DUPLICATION and the average person will not be able to perform in FHTM or ACN due to industry averages. On average, a person in mlm will personally sponsor 2.8 people. With the average order size in those companies and the number I just gave you, it is unlikely that the average person will go up in rank let alone reach the 7th level fast enough for most to stay active. I say average person, because it should be easy for the stay at home mo to do, even though sponsoring up is very important.

Positioning yourself among the largest spending demographic in history is a safer bet rather than working in telecom (ACN) I Studied ACN, and the people that left ACN to form a company called 5linx (personally) I also recently reviewed FHTM. Comparing the two: FHTM has better positioning in the marketplace although they do not have any proprietary technology. It really is an affiliate marketing structure and does have a better compensation plan. keep in mind anyone can start an affiliate marketing program, just have a website and you can be an amazon.com affiliate, domain hosting, blog template, travelocity affiliate, you name it!

I hope that some people read this, and feel free to contact me. I have been around network marketing for several years, studied hundreds of companies and choose a business to build after all of my research. One that has a car/house allowance, and a great bonus structure. I have exposed 13 people in my business that turned into 1400 people on my team. Now building a new position that has been collecting volume(if you want details contact me at dreamtravels@hotmail.com) First of all, anyone, in any mlm, can pass their sponsor in income, unless they are the only position given by corporate at the top of the structure. most companies have several that come from corporate and typically add more if they bring in entire teams from other companies. You would benefit by taking a look at the trends. there are 10,000+ people/day retiring and if you go to forbes.com you will find that the industries that are booming are travel and anti-aging.
