I have contacted them & I have exchanged a few Emails with a Rick Wheat (he never gave a title of his position) with the company. However when I began to ask what I though as relevant question about how I would be paid, how I could track the progress of how things were being handled, all communications stopped immediately. He also informed me that they were not just looking for the properties information to be sent to them (Pics & Locations). They wanted the Scouts to have a vested interest so they could make more money (the more leg work you do the more % you will be paid).
