I evaluated several MLM companies before I committed to one. My decision was based on several factors including the overall stability of the company, length of time in business, diversity of products and markets, and experience of the management team. One company stood out, founded by the gentleman who I believe is the most successful person ever in the MLM industry. FHTM

Hi everyone! I just found this blog and wanted to ask everyone why they want to "compare" FHTM with anyone more than just to do their homework?

There are some people in another company (that I won't mention here...not ACN) who simply wish to degrade and belittle FHTM and have been doing so since 2004. If you have a company that is as successful as FHTM then I suppose that the law of averages will say that someone is going to be your enemy and plot against you, and that is exactly what has been happening, but for only one reason: to pull FHTM prospects into their company. I have been with ACN and paid my $499 which I know was too much money to join, which I regret now that I have discovered the FHTM opportunity.

FHTM has more to offer than ACN, with no smoke and mirrors around a fancy "Camera phone" that took how many years to come out with. Sure you can build a successful mlm business with just about any out there, but the one I chose is FHTM, and don't regret a single thing about joining the company.

Joe wrote:
Comparing the two: FHTM has better positioning in the marketplace although they do not have any proprietary technology.

This is an untrue statement. FHTM has "proprietary technology" with a product line named "True Essentials", although this product line is not electrical in nature and you don't plug it into a wall outlet and push a button.

FHTM also wins the debate with me, and of course I wish you the best of success no matter what company you are with or choose to join, but if you want to join me in FHTM, I would be delighted to discuss it and help you along the way with a great support system, and friendly reps. that work with me. Call me right now if you like at (919) 426-3388, and/or visit my website.

Thanks to Nick for the blog platform.

Oh, they also go by Florida Property Scouts and MANY other different names. Anyone can get one of their CANNED websites and name it whatever they wish for $100 per month...only after they pay the $1,500 for their BULLSHIT members club.

They profess they have millions to "partner" with you...BULL!

DON'T DO IT!

The Pinnacle Commercial Group from Florida is full of shit!!

Another Internet SCAM!!

These people are SCAMMERS!!

Don't buy into their $1,500 program.

They can't close on anything...I've been told by several Real Estate agents that they don't come through with anything and many R. E. agents from Florida won't even send you their Offering Memorandums if they know you're working for The Pinnacle Group.

I've spent months working on deals and they haven't come through on even ONE...even though they have put properties under contract,

Seriously...don't have dreams about their promises , don't base your finances on them...more importantly, don't waste your time trying to make them rich!

They can't even tell you "exactly" what you"re going to earn...after you bring them a smokin' deal.

And then when they don't perform, they don't have the professionalism to return calls or call those depending on the closing...the scout, the jv partner, the realtor, the title company, the seller.

DON'T BE NAIVE!!!

Hate the FUCKERS!!

These scout companies have numerous listings on craigslist under different names (LLC's) and they;re links all lead to the same website where you sign up to be a property scout. They then send you a few emails with some ideas how to be a scout. Then you start getting emails that offer you training cds/ dvds/ tapes etc. for only $47.00!!! what a deal!!!! Notice how you are asked to fill out a subcontractor agreement or a 1099. Sorry guys , I don't see anything legit about these companies.

I have been researching this for weeks. The one I signed up for is PropertyScoutslocal.com... They do not ask for any money and my investor actually called me back the FIRST time I had some questions. After that, I rarely get a response from him. I have been building relationships with brokers so if this is a scam then it will ruin my name as I'm trying to get started in the property scout business. I'm thinking that I might just pay the fee and join NACREPS. They are a lot more thorough from what I hear. Has anyone made ANY money as a commercial property scout?

Katherine..
I'm in Fort Myers..I joined Project House Hunter last week and have so far submitted over 60 houses.
I am becoming suspicious as to the lack of responce and of the wait time on submitted properties "pending".
This particular site is.. leecohousefinder.com Let me know Katherine of the site address you signed up with as I want to contact someone in-charge of this operation and whether they are all affiliated across the U.S. They all seem to have the exact same sign up page format and submital sheet. Thanks

@Kevin - The first promotion you can earn is Regional Sales Manager in FHTM. When you first get in you're in someone's Regional Code (as FHTM calls it), so when you promote you don't leave the people you started with because they are being helped just like you would be by the Regional Sales Manager that is above you. Then the people under you originally, have the same help and the same opportunity as you did to promote themselves to Regional Sales Manager. It's actually quite genius!

Then once you promote to Regional Sales Manager, you get residual and bonuses to unlimited levels, which is incredible! FHTM wins the debate to me, but I wish all of those who are in ACN nothing but the best :)
