FHTM vs. ACN

Why should I choose FHTM over ACN?
Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing is a Multi-Level Marketing program no different than ACN aside from the fact that Fortune has a wider selection of products and services and does not offer the so called “innovative” Video Phone. Not only does Fortune offer a wider variety of products and services, but the compensation plan is much better due to the fact that once you reach a certain point you are able to make more money than the person who sponsored you and grow your company larger than the ones that started the company to be a part of the Presidential Pool.

Once you build a fairly large team you will be eligible for a new car from Lexus. The best part about Fortune Hi Tech Marketing is that to become an Independent Representative it only costs $299 and you only need 3 Customer Points to maintain the Independent Representative status, unlike ACN which you must maintain 5 customer points and the cost to become a representative is $499.

Although I feel that both companies have great potential, I believe that it’s not the company you choose, but the team that you build. If you surround yourself with other like-minded individuals to motivate each other, you can build a team bigger than you could ever imagine with FHTM or ACN.

Network marketing is network marketing, the platform all depends on the type of people you feel you’d better relate to. I feel that FHTM will attract people from all walks of life due to offering a very wide range of products, opposed to ACN which seems to be revolved more around technology and a younger crowd.

Florida Property Scouts

I’ve recently signed up for a company that goes by the name of Florida Property Scouts and cannot find information of the company online, therefore I’m not quite sure if it is a scam or not. If anyone has worked with this company before and could provide more information I would really appreciate it as it sounds like a great opportunity.

Making Money Selling E-Books

What is Clickbank?
Clickbank is a way of finding Ebooks to promote or building one yourself and being paid to have others promote the book for you. It is more or less a place for Ebook writers and Ebook sellers to generate online income.

Do you recommend Clickbank?
I definitely recommend Clickbank if you are good at advertising and marketing E-books online or have created a book or digital product that you want to sell.

For marketing E-books I’ve been told the most simple way is to create a review site reviewing certain products and E-books and you’ll be making sales in a matter of days. However, I have not tested this out. If you’d like you can even create your own E-book and have others promote it for you!

How does Clickbank work?
Simply put: you sign up for Clickbank, check out the E-book marketplace, find an E-book you’d like to support, copy the affiliate link and start promoting or create your own website to promote your own E-Book.

If you want more sales, I’ve been told that the best way is to actually buy the product and review it as it’s pretty hard to sell a product that you don’t know anything about.

How much money can I make with Clickbank?
It really depends on how much time and effort you put into promoting an e-book. Although I only made around $120 in the past, I spent about 4 hours promoting on YouTube.com and placing a few advertisements on facebook. I didn’t find it as easy to make money with as Google AdSense, but it’s definitely a way to make some extra income if you already have an established website.

FREE Guide To Internet Marketing

shoeI was searching the internet for ways to effectively market on the internet and other ways of being a little more productive while I’m sitting on my computer. I ran into a site called shoemoneyx.com that offers a free 12 week internet marketing course.

Although, I only just signed up today, all of the content that I’ve received is very informational and definitely worth checking out if you feel that you want to generate some income with the internet.

The lessons cover practically everything you’ll need to know in order to start making money online, I just wish that it was around a few years ago when I first started, as it would have saved me a lot of time with researching as a beginner in every aspect.

Compaq Presario V5303NR Review

Features:
This Compaq Presario V5000/V5303NR is built with a 15.4 Inch Screen that runs well at 1280×800 with it’s decent sized 128MB graphics card, 1.6GHz AMD Turion64 Processor and supposed 512MB of RAM (Although, my computer only claims 391MB of it).

Including 2 USB Ports, which becomes a pain in the ass when you use a mouse and an external hard drive and want to upload pictures from a camera or use an external webcam. I use my laptop more like a desktop as it rarely ever leaves this room, so I went out and bought a USB hub to connect my other USB toys to.

Including a 54g 802.11b/g wireless connection that runs flawlessly with the drivers provided for Windows XP (Compaq Presario V5303NR Drivers for XP). However, getting this wireless card to work well with other operating systems becomes quite a task. It took me quite some time to get it working with Windows 2000, which is what I am running right now. I believe I had to download a broadcom driver in order for Windows 2000 to recognize it. Anyway, out of the box the wireless network works very well.

The VGA Display Out is fun to play with on 42″ HDTV’s, but I’ve still found Windows to be quite a hassle when configuring the 42″ to be the main screen. This could be that the graphics card doesn’t like the idea since it is a laptop based internal graphics card.

The internal speakers, internal network card, touch-pad, keyboard, DVD Reader/CD Writer all get the job done, nothing extravagant, but you get what you pay for, right?

More Compaq Presario V5303NR Specifications…

Quality:
I’ve ran this thing to the ground many of times, where the processing speed is peaked and the RAM is at maximum usage with no major problems. The computer has crashed a few times from viruses, but you have to expect that with any Windows PC that you use with the internet. Takes about 45 minutes to format and re-install Windows XP, which is the best fix for any virus problems in my opinion. Other than the random crashes, everything works on this computer as it did when I bought it (Monitor is still just as crisp, speakers sound just as well, all inputs/outputs still work, CD drive still burns quickly, keyboard is still in-tact, etc…). Just remember kids, ALWAYS back-up your stuff.

Performance:
I can run Adobe Photoshop CS with my small amount of RAM and still run it quite well. This computer plays Counter-Strike: Source flawlessly at around 60FPS at the lowest resolution and I can keep a consistent connection of 40-50ms with my current internet connection with wireless. I’d say this computer does a great job considering the price!

Value:
It came with a good processor, enough ram for basic use and built in wireless internet connection all for under $400. I’d say this computer was valued perfectly.

Pros: bang-for-buck, screen size, decent AMD processor, XP compatible drivers
Cons: random crashes, lack of usb inputs, low amount of memory

The best part about Spreadshirt is that you don’t have to deal with anything other than designing the items and finding buyers, as they take care of creating the shirts and shipping them.

Do you recommend Spreadshirt?
If you are good at creating designs and want to sell your designs on clothing with a company that will pay you commissions for every item sold and they even do some marketing for new stores then I would definitely recommend them. I have personally made about $20 with this company, however I did not spend a whole lot of time promoting my store, nor did I have any really popular designs. If you are a great designer and can market your store well, then Spreadshirt would be perfect for you.

How does Spreadshirt work?
You create the design, upload it, select the shirts you want the designs on along with pricing and Spreadshirt does the rest by setting up your online store with your designs.

How much money can I make with Spreadshirt?
If you can market your Spreadshirt store well the income potential is unlimited as you price the shirts according to however much you believe they should sell for. As You Think by Marc Allen

asyouthink-739958I have always enjoyed reading books based on the power of thought. I’ve found that many discuss the same topics, but none break it down as flawlessly as James Allen (This is actually a revised and updated version of As a Man Thinketh by James Allen). I feel that when I’m feeling down in any given situation and looking for enlightenment that this is the book to brighten my day and help me understand how important it is to stay positive as it directly effects the way we, as human beings, live our lives.

Although this book is under 100 pages and only 7 chapters long, it covers the fundamentals of how important and beneficial it is to stay positive. Every chapter begins with an opening poem/excerpt that more or less summarizes the chapter. According to James that by understanding the poem you have grasped the essence of the chapter.

I would highly recommend buying this book as it is one of those books that you can go back to when you’re feeling down to lift your spirits when you’re on the go. You can also find a full copy of the original non-revised or updated copy that has been published online (As A Man Thinketh by James Allen).

Sprint Palm Centro Review

I have owned 2 Centros over the past 2 years. I love the phone, but both times the phone was effected by water damage due to the syncing port being permanently uncovered. At first site the Centro looks like the keys are way too small to actually type on, but you get used to it fairly quickly. One of my favorite parts about the phone other than the touchscreen was the ability to put it on vibrate mode with a toggle switch on the top (very convenient). The phone has a very loud speaker built in that almost doubles in loudness opposed to an iPhone, which is very impressive and the quality is very good for the size of the speaker.

The only difficulty with the phone I had when buying it was figuring out how to play MP3’s as ringtones. I found that you actually had to buy a MicroSD chip and install a program called MiniTunes. Took a bit of research, but was fairly easy to do once the program was installed and MP3’s were transfered to the MicroSD.

I’m not quite sure if I’d recommend buying a Centro unless you get a very good deal for it as the water damage problem is common and makes it impossible to retrieve lost numbers and information on the phone, which is very frustrating when you use your phone as a portable calendar and an event planner.

Oh and a warning to those of you who are thinking about a warranty for your phone: They replace your phone with a refurbished one. Every replacement Centro that my family and I have received have had buttons that stick out akwardly. It’s like they take them apart to “refurbish” them and the buttons never fit correctly again.

Pros: qwerty keyboard, loud speaker, touch screen, speaker quality
Cons: easily water damaged

Making Money With Google AdSense

What is Google Adsense?
Google AdSense is a great way to generate income online if you have any experience with making a website (or a friend who could help you get started). What it does is place advertisements unique to your website and whenever someone clicks on that advertisement you get paid. With this site I am personally paid anywhere from $.10 to $1.20 per click on a majority of the advertisements on this site.

Do you recommend Google AdSense?
I would defintely recommend Google AdSense, as is it one of my personal favorites. I’ve been using Google AdSense for the past couple of years or so. One of my best experiences with AdSense was when I created a blog in November 2007 called bartendernick.com with a blog and forums to help explain bartending school a little better to those that were interested in doing the same. Within a month of making the site I received a check from Google of $209.32 and a month later $138.70 with just one website. Imagine if I had started 10 blog sites that’d be $2093.20 for my first check from Google. I didn’t really think about this so much until recently, which is why I decided to create this site. Although I haven’t flooded this site with advertisements, there is a little box on the right with Google AdSense that is somewhat profitable for me, but not intrusive.

How does Google AdSense work?
If you have a website already created you can just add an advertisement block to it with a code provided by google. You receive anywhere from a penny per click on the advertisement to a couple of dollars and even more in some cases for high paying keywords (of which I have no idea, but I do remember a time where people were getting $30-50 per click). I would highly recommend Google AdSense if you currenly have a website or intend on having one in the future.

How much money can I make with Google AdSense?
It really all depends on how much time you put into developing websites and creating your own personalized niches. It depends completely on how much traffic your site generates and how many people are clicking your advertisements. If you have 1,000 visitors per day and 10% click your link (100 clicks) and your links on average make you $.50 per click you’d make around $50 a day. Mind you the bartending site that I created made $209.32 with only about 300 clicks (about $.69/click), so this is a very modest estimate.

How can I get started?
If you already have a website that gets regular vistors you can go to adsense.google.com and sign up to get your own personalized code to place on your site.

If you do not have a website, the know how to create your own or you are just a flat-out lazy web developer. I would recommend Hyper VRE, as it will create a website for you and help you generate traffic without all of the headaches of conventional traffic generation in order to get visitors to your site (It’s more or less of an AdSense autopilot).

Making Money With Live Jasmin

What is LiveJasmin?
LiveJasmin is a company that pays you to work as a webcam “performer” or cam-model. They do so by charging members of the site anywhere from $2-4 dollars a minute to have a “private” session with the cam model. Mind you that you set your own limits as far as what you will do on camera, however the more things you are willing to do behind the camera the greater your chances in making good money.

Do you recommend LiveJasmin?
I would definitely recommend LiveJasmin as I have used them in the past in the “Making Friends” section and have made over $400 doing so in a matter of about a month. I’m going to let you in on a secret though, the people who spend the money really want to make sure that all of it goes to you rather than distributed through LiveJasmin, so a lot of people who are paying members on the site will personally send you money if they really like you. I found the best ways to accept money is through PayPal and Western Union.

How does LiveJasmin work?
All you really have to do is hang out on your computer, be friendly to the guests and if they really like you and want to help you out they will talk to you in private and you can make around $1.40 per minute.

How much money can I make with LiveJasmin?
Depends entirely on how much time you are willing to spend behind your camera. A rule of thumb is that if you spend about an hour on the site you’ll get at least 10 minutes of private time, which would amount to about $14.00 an hour as a minimum. If you get lucky you could develop a fan club and sign on once a week so that 5 or 10 people could private you at once which even for 10 minutes that would be $70-140 an hour. Mind you if you were to stay on for 8 hours, you would could make anywhere from $80-$800 per day.
